Nonrunner

In depth

Verdict

Qaasi can round off the meeting on a high, while Compton Dragon and Kid 'Z' Play are others to bear in mind. The last named has plenty of experience over hurdles and reverts to the Flat on a fair mark. As a front runner, he can be assured to give his supporters plenty to cheer about and the old boy will raise the roof of the stands if he manages to turn back the clock. Compton Dragon does nothing quickly and has not won on turf since 2005. However, this is a poor race and, as he goes well for an inexperienced rider, he can at least be guaranteed to give Kirsty Milczarek a safe conveyance. However, Qaasi returns to turf on very interesting mark and, as a lightly raced type, he could easily have enough in the locker to brush aside today's test with ease.
