Verdict

Although its often folly to take on the Richard Fahey team we are happy to overlook recent winner Trip The Light here in favour of the well-handicapped YELLOWSTONE and Bow To No One. Paul Cole's son of Rock Of Gibraltar should strip fitter for his recent outing at Kempton when held behind Gala Evening and although he doesn't win as often as he should, a bold bid is expected. Jamie Spencer takes over in the saddle as well which is a bonus. He is not the most confident of selections however as he is yet to win outside of July and if not on song today then perhaps Mildoura will take advantage. Laura Mongan's progressive mare has had a good winter on the all-weather and may have been freshened up by a three month break. Rajeh is fairly handicapped and is a player if the ground stays quick, Sohcahtoa ran well in defeat in the Spring Mile but has stamina questions to answer, whilst Coin Of The Realm has won here before and his record on spring ground is solid. Hevelius is still fairly unexposed for a gelding of his age and will appreciate the ground if it stays quick, whilst Trip The Light continues to waltz up the handicap and looks high enough although there may still be more to come. The drop in trip will suit Admirable Duque, Final Victory has some excellent placed form from last season, whilst Bow To No One looked a very progressive filly when last seen in October and has looked a changed horse since being stepped up to middle distances. An open affair, but we'll take a chance on the class of Yellowstone rising to the top.
