Grams And Ounces has obvious claims but the unexposed trio of Converre, Carnival Time and INSHAALLAH are all of interest and token preference is for the last named. Inshaallah has already had a run in handicap company and that came at Redcar over a mile where he shaped encouragingly in midfield. He is far from certain to see out this longer trip on paper but the way that he saw out his race last time suggests that he may well improve for it and his pilot takes a handy 5lbs off his back. Carnival Time, Edition and Converre are more obvious candidates to improve for this stiffer test of stamina as they have plenty of stamina on the distaff side of their pedigrees and it will be interesting to see if the market offers any encouragement. Grams And Ounces ran on well to open his account over this trip at Ayr and avoids a penalty for that success so is sure to be popular but a chance is taken with Inshaallah.
