The handicapper hasn't cut AMENABLE any slack but he may still be the best option in a tight heat where Gertmegalush and the tough Night Trade are also on the radar. It's worth keeping an eye on Bond Fastrac as he's dropped 12lbs since the start of the season and is faced with an easier opening as a result but he has been struggling. Amenable has been struggling but the handicapper hasn't eased his mark and he may be proved correct in that as the selection has been struggling to get home over a mile and seven furlongs on his last two starts but is very interesting in this line-up on his course and distance run behind Victoire De Lyphar in April. Gertmegalush has shown signs of hitting top form of late whilst Night Trade's efforts earlier in the season firmly put her in the picture. Sheer Force, Barren Brook and Coin From Heaven aren't ignored whilst Commanche Raider would make the short-list but for the yard's poor run of form.
