Factual Lad, No Recollection and Alasil are the three against the field in this trappy contest and Factual Lad appears the safest proposition. A more than useful handicapper three years ago, Alasil has been campaigned without success over hurdles since. He has not given much encouragement with his efforts in that sphere, but if he runs anywhere near his previous form on the level he must be a serious contender here. He has not been out since February so his fitness has to be taken on trust and the market should be watched closely for any market move. No Recollection has shown enough ability to win a race of this nature and is relatively unexposed. He was only narrowly beaten two outings ago in a little Kempton handicap two outings ago and shaped respectably on his most recent start.he can go well. Factual Lad ran well over the course and distance last time to be a good second to course specialist Jackie Kiely in a non seller. He has surprisingly been dropped a pound and given that he appears the most reliable in the field, Factual Lad gets the vote.
