Amazing Request, Actodos and Leptis Magna are the three to consider here and preference is for Amazing Request. Actodos ran an eye-catching debut behind Streets Ahead at Salisbury, finishing fourth and the form has worked out well. His sire Act One handled soft ground and was a Group One winner in France, and he is out of a Cadeau Genereux mare so the easy ground should suit him. He is expected to come on for his debut and can play a big part here. Leptis Magna also ran well on his Salisbury debut, staying on well in the clsoing stages to be a never nearer fifth. That was a promising effort, and this extra furlong today should suit. Amazing Request was not unfancied for his Newbury debut, and stayed on strongly in the closing stages but didnt quite get up. He is a son of Rainbow Quest so the give in the ground will not be a problem, and after his initial experience he should get going a lot quicker here. Amazing Request can win this en route to better things.
