Whinhill House is our selection with Harry Up and Raccoon expected to give him most to do. The selection is always at his best when able to hear his hooves rattle and having ran a solid effort in handicap company on his most recent start, he arrives at the course at the top of his game. Well drawn, it will take a decent one to get past him. Harry Up is the big player on the figures. He is rightly to the head of the market despite the vagaries of a car park draw. Raccoon ran a rare stinker at Yarmouth. The ground suits but there will be no uncontested lead on offer today. Mr Rooney has well fancied for a Windsor seller but faded out badly. Strensall needs no introduction to Yorkshire racegoers. Whozart has an appalling win to runs ratio. His recent third at the track was actually one of his better races. Zamalik landed a touch at Hamilton last term under similar conditions so he is not to be underestimated here. A number of the usual suspects here but draw position counts for plenty at Catterick and Whinhill House is best placed to exploit it.
