A very open handicap here and just the tentative vote goes to Inca Soldier ahead of Atacca and Nufoudh. The last-named gets a handy weight allowance of 5lbs as a three-year-old and ran very well in defeat last time out at Musselburgh when third behind Mangano. That was an encouraging effort and he should go well if turned out again, however Inca Solider comes here on the back of a recent win and is fancied to score. Richard Guest's runner has won on good and quicker ground but wouldn't want much more rain, however he should run another big race. Course and distance winners Joshua's Gold, Zhitomir, Kudbeme and Barataria should all pop up again at some point however they can not be put forward with much confidence, so of more interest may be Attacca who acts on any ground and is consistent enough. Pay Time is hit and miss, and so Inca Soldier is fancied to win again.
