John Quinn's Northern Flyer has been in fine form of late in winning his last two starts, latterly over course and distance, and he has every chance of completing a hat-trick but a 5lb rise for that latest success makes doing so no easy task and preference is for AMBER SUNSET. The Dave Morris-trained filly ran better than expected when chasing home Glenridding on bottomless ground at Epsom recently and she looks worth siding with racing off just a 1lb higher mark today. Cara's Request is likely to press the selection for the lead early on and the David Nicholls-trained gelding has every chance off just a 3lb higher mark than when scoring at Musselburgh last month but he is less likely to dominate here. White Deer, who has slipped to a fair mark, and John Quinn's consistent Solar Spirit, who is better over six furlongs, are others worthy of a mention but it is Amber Sunset that gets the vote.
