Not a massive amount to get excited about here and we take Apply Dapply to have the edge over Coconut Queen, Dispol Isle and Damelza. The selection takes a sizeable drop in class here and runs takes on her own sex over a trip that suits her well. Although out of her depth last time she was good enough to run second in a much better race than this at Ascot the time before and as she is proven with cut in the ground she is a very confident choice. Coconut Queen nicked a similar contest to this over c&d last time on good to soft, so Ann Duffield's filly should not be far away, but the selection is better than anything she beat there and so we will oppose. Dispol Isle is very consistent and is never too far from the winner's enclosure but she might be a tad high in the weights to take this, while the ground has gone against Damelza. Last year's winner Passion Fruit is a stone higher now and that should scupper her chances, and we take Apply Dapply to go in.
