Brixworth Scribe is heading in the right direction and can break his maiden tag here, with Liberty Ship and Elijah Pepper worth another look and Attribution and Quest For Success the most interesting newcomers. The selection has the edge on experience here, having run three times and improved for each run. He has handled cut well enough on his only try and provided he gets out of the stalls like a racehorse this time then he looks the one to be on. Liberty Ship got the hang of things late on on his Haydock debut and should come on plenty for that. His pedigree suggests he will handle conditions and the step up in trip should suit, so a big run is anticipated. Elijah Pepper was not quite so promising at first glance, but was good enough to make the frame at Musselburgh and can improve for that to take a hand again. Debutante Attribution is a half brother to a 6f juvenile winner. He is respected although there are doubts about the ground, which may better suit Quest For Success given his pedigree, so money for Richard Fahey's colt would be interesting. Without that knowledge however we are happy to side with Brixworth Scribe.
