Prince's Passion has improved for the application of a visor and can land this handicap, his main dangers being Ailincala and Swynford Welcome, while a market move for Expertise would be interesting. A repetition of the selection's second here last May from a higher mark than today would see him competitive. Ailincala is an obvious danger, being only four pounds higher than for her course and distance win in May. Swynford Welcome is certainly well handicapped on the best of his 2002 form, while the lightly-raced Expertise might improve for the step back in trip. Marnie won at this time last year from a mark of 53 (now 55), Water Of Life's sole win came on Wolverhampton's all-weather surface.
