Black Falcon has been running consistently well of late and should again be thereabouts but may once more have to settle for minor honours and a better bet looks to be Kryptonite, who gets the vote with St Johns Wood rated the pick of the remainder. The selection showed improved form for the drop into claiming company at Windsor earlier this month and a reproduction of that effort may well suffice in this company. Pendragon is less exposed than most of these and has shown enough in two starts on the level to suggest that he could play a part in this contest. Elite Land has been running well of late but has been running in even lesser company than this so he looks best left out of calculations, while a market move for Indecision would be of interest. Stable companion St Johns Wood seemingly has more solid claims though but it is Kryptonite that gets the verdict.
