The form of the Brocklesby hasn't worked out badly so third-placed GENERAL ALEXANDER can put that experience to good use having had a nice break. His looks better form than that of That'll Happen, though he should appreciate this stiff track after staying on at Bath. Bathos is another who was outpaced in the early stages on his debut at Windsor but was going on at the finish when the race was all over so he's definitely one to keep an eye on. The very speedily-bred Lathom could prove best of Richard Fahey's pair and Chief Entertainer arrives from Newmarket and is bred to have plenty of pace.
