A tricky handicap to solve but we will give the tentative vote to The Nifty Fox with both Bo McGinty and Mambo Spirit worth noting. The selection is five pounds higher for winning at Hamilton last time out. He had slipped down the weights since last summer where he was able to run off the same mark as he runs off today. Most horses have a limit as to what mark they can win off and we feel The Nifty Fox has the ability to win another before the handicapper gets a hold of him. Bo MGinty will be the biggest danger coming off the back of a win around Chester. He seems in fine fettle at present but the fact that Chester form sometimes does not travel means that he is not a certainty to follow up. Mambo Spirit has been knocking on the door lately and has slipped to a handy mark himself so is one to note in the betting market, but for the winner we return to The Nifty Fox.
