It could be worth taking a chance here on Katie Boo who is put forward to get the better of Avonturr and Balakiref. The last mentioned hinted at a return to form last week at Newcastle and if he turns up here he could go well. He was declared to run on Friday so he may not take his chance, but if he does then he could be one to follow, especially if the rain arrives. He loves to get his toe in so the more rain that falls the better for him and he does have a good high draw. Avonturr won well here two starts ago but he disappointed last time out at Beverley, albeit over a trip that was not ideal. Katie Boo is the pick though having run well at Pontefract on Monday when finishing third behind Mango Music. That was a solid effort and she has a good draw today so she could be worth sticking with. Brian Ellison has his string in good form at present so Miss Daawe is another to consider. However, for the winner we will stick with Katie Boo.
