        Verdict

        Wind Shuffle is put forward as the pick; Major Magpie and Celtic Step rate as the main dangers. The selection is a course specialist and he won well here last time when beating Lordship. He is versatile with regards to the ground and he can win again. Major Magpie is a hold-up performer and if the race is run to suit he can give our selection a race. He has been given a break since his last run at Haydock in May and he has to be on the shortlist. Celtic Step was reported to have lost his action at York last time so that run can be forgiven, and he had previously put in a couple of good efforts at Thirsk. Hartshead is a course and distance winner but he has been disappointing of late, and for the winner we will stick with Wind Shuffle who can blow them away.
