Robin Des Mana won a Down Royal on his reappearance and looks the pick of Gordon Elliott's two runners but he'll have to overcome inexperience to trouble TESSERACT. Also a bumper winner, Joseph O'Brien's gelding has shown promise in both starts over timber. He was fifth on his debut at Leopardstown and then second to the promising Delegate at Roscommon – he should go one better here. Holy Water was second three times in a row in the autumn but hasn't raced since fourth on the Flat at Dundalk in August. Rathmuck Native is looking a bit exposed but Timing'severything has shown signs of ability and could have a bit more to offer.
