Verdict
Guga is from classy pedigree and comes here looking for the hat-trick but CYRIL THE SQUIRREL won here really well last time and Spinning Waters was not far behind that day. Our tentative selection is Cyril The Squirrel who has won over course and distance recently. Not hugely penalised in the weights for that victory the pick could be about to get back-to-back wins. There are obvious dangers from Spinning Waters who was not far behind in that same race and the in-form Guga. Dr Richard Newland sends forth Guga to attempt three wins on the bounce but he is really heavily penalised for those two wins and although likely to run another big race is opposed on this occasion. Cyril The Squirrel is our choice in this interesting handicap for the final race on the card.
