A typically open sprint handicap here where Misaro gets the nod ahead of Matterofact, One Way Ticket, Who's Winning and Chatshow. The selection ran well enough at Brighton last time and had previously enjoyed a hat-trick of wins over both 5f and 6f. He is clearly higher in the weights now, but still on a fair mark, and he can handle cut so if the rains come he should not be too inconvenienced, so with all that in the plus column he is the one for us. Matterofact has gone up 6lb for a defeat of Ashes over 5f last time and has never won over 6f. However, he loves this place and can still get involved. One Way Ticket is on a losing run of 16 starts since July of last year. However, Milton Bradley's entire has been in better form just lately and if it remains on the quick side then he can go close. Who's Winning competes over his optimum trip here and is 2lb below his career best winning mark, so he has every chance, while Chatshow has won twice over c&d and on both fast and soft ground. He keeps running well in defeat but needs a career best to score here and Misaro is just preferred.
