In depth

Verdict

A big field for this seller and a big drop in class for our selection, Mafaheem, who can provide Seb Sanders with another winner, while Campeon, Full Spate and Going Skint are among others who can go well. The selection is officially rated much higher than the rest of these, and while we would add a note of cuation to that, Simon Dow's gelding is dropped significantly here and has a top pilot booked, and that may be all he needs to get his nose in front. The veteran Full Spate is still running to a level of form to make him competitive here, while Campeon enjoys it around here and over this 6f trip, though he would not want any juice in the ground. Going Skint is another to have scored over this sort of trip and would probably not mind some rain to help his chances. He's not in bad form of late in the context of this poor affair and first time blinkers might just help him get into the money. However, our choice here has to be Mafaheem.
