Sword Lady is in the form of her life at present but an 11lb rise for her latest success over course and distance leaves the seven-year-old with a lot more to do especially under these more testing conditions and preference is for Broken Knights, who gets the vote ahead of Dusty Bandit. The last mentioned represents the in-form yard of Paul Nicholls and has to be respected receiving weight all round but he may need more time and Broken Knights looks a safer proposition. The Nicky Richards-trained gelding made amends for his fall at Haydock when running out the easy winner of a handicap at Ayr last month for which an 8lb rise seems perfectly fair and, with improvement anticipated, he looks the one to be on. Martin Pipe's Will of The People may be better than we have seen so far this season, while the consistent Just Beth can again be expected to run up to her mark. Florida Dream has claims on his best but Broken Knights impressed at Ayr and is taken to follow up.
