Yet another tricky sprint handicap can go to Quicks The Word over The Salwick Flyer, Oeuf A La Neige and Dendor to name but a few. The pin has been busy today, and comes out again here to be thrust into Quicks The Word, successful on two of his last four starts. Tommy Cuthbert's seven-year-old, a previous course-and-distance scorer, looked in good trim when winning at Newcastle just over three weeks ago, and as he can meet the third Ouef A La Neige on slightly better terms, should at the very least maintain the form over that rival. The Salwick Flyer ran well over the minimum trip at Hamilton last time, but is more effective over today's trip, and like the two mentioned earlier, is also drawn high. Dendor and Toberogan look best of those on the far side, but the main protagonists appear to be housed on the stands side, with Quicks The Word taken to live up to his name again.
