Meditation has been in fine form of late having won four of his last five starts but Ian Wood's filly has been doing her winning over seven furlongs and she may not be as effective over this trip so preference is for Dark Missile, who gets the vote ahead of Tagula Sunrise. The selection failed to stay seven furlongs herself at Goodwood last week but her earlier form over this trip is solid and Andrew Balding's filly looks well worth another chance. David Barker's Sierra Vista has been running well in defeat of late but may have a shade too much weight, while James Given's Folga has paid the penalty for her recent successes at the hands of the handicapper and may now be best watched. Irish challenger Sling Back may prefer an extra furlong, while Secret Night is proving to be hard to win with and of more interest may be Tagula Sunrise. Richard Fahey's filly has done little wrong of late, latterly in a Group 3 race at York, but this is a competitive handicap and preference is for Andrew Balding's Dark Missile.
