Chorist gained the second Group 3 victory of her career when landing the Blandford Stakes at The Curragh last month and is the logical choice to follow up at the main expense of Itnab and Singleton. The last mentioned drops back in distance after some creditable efforts over further and may not be quite so effective today. Of more interest could be Ben Hanbury's Itnab, who gave every indication that this longer trip would suit when winning a handicap over 1m2f here in July. An absence since need not be a worry and, with improvement to come, she has to be respected. With James Given's stable back among the winners Summitville is worthy of a mention, while Tanaghum is open to more improvement than most and may be a late developer. Chorist sets a decent standard though and is the one they all have to beat.
