We'll stay loyal to ALSACE LORRAINE although a number of her opponents, including Aim To Achieve and Desert Kiss, are open to further improvement. The selection was handed an 8lb rise following her win at Doncaster but the field looked strong and it was just the fifth start of her career so she could be good value for it. Aim To Achieve showed good battling qualities to repel all challengers at Kempton in a race where those on the pace were favoured. Her mark looks fair and market support for her would be encouraging for her supporters. Ainia should be competitive, Al Sabheya has claims on her Sandown second to Mirrored in May but Diggeratt and Silver Games are starting to look exposed. Desert Kiss was well backed when landing a modest handicap at Kempton but will need to improve significantly if she's to defy a 7lb rise in this better race. She is 7lbs better off with the selection for just under six lengths on their running at Yarmouth in April but we fancy Alsace Lorraine to confirm her superiority.
