Balthazaar's Gift made an encouraging return for the in-form Clive Cox on his first start of the season in the UK when a close third behind Imbongi in a Group 3 race at Newmarket and he has solid claims but is possibly better over six furlongs and preference is for REGAL PARADE, who gets the vote over Nashmiah. Clive Brittain's filly has already won listed races at Lingfield and York this season and has to be strongly considered back in this grade having been outclassed in the Coronation Stakes last time. Jeremy Noseda's Express Wish is held by Balthazaar's Gift on running at Newmarket last time and of more interest may be Ocean's Minstrel, who was good value for his win at Epsom in this grade two starts ago. Red Dune was well held in the Princess Elizabeth on her reappearance but Michael Jarvis has his team in better form now. The vote though goes to Regal Parade, who was highly tried in the Golden Jubilee last time but ran well in defeat and he looks worth siding with dropped into a listed race today by David Nicholls.
