The last four renewals have seen 20/1 and 25/1 chances succeed. Big Thunder is the only course and distance winner in the line-up having won here last month when just outstaying his stablemate Saved By The Bell having made all. David O'Meara's pair look certain to be involved again and the winner should confirm the form. Heartbreak City is certain to attract support from the bottom of the handicap as he may have been unlucky at Galway, his first start on the Flat for Tony Martin and a winner at Chantilly in 2013. His overall form looks just short of what is required and the vote goes to TAWS (NAP). This trip is the absolute minimum for the Queen Alexandra runner-up but a likely fast gallop will play to his strengths and Tom Marquand's claim may prove crucial in the latter stages. Irish raider Cardinal Palace would prefer some rain while this is a new trip for Sweeping Up. The likes of Oasis Fantasy and Noble Silk are also candidates in a tough marathon.
