Compton Spirit was a comfortable winner at Ayr last time out and can defy a six pound penalty this afternoon, Valley Of The Moon and Zahour Al Yasmeen could be the main dangers. The selection has been a model of consistency this season and deserved that first success. She won with plenty in hand and looks on the upgrade. Valley Of The Moon has been a bit frustrating to follow but does look to be well handicapped at present. She has the assistance of Jamie Moriarty and should be involved in the finish again. Zahour Al Yasmeen has been running out of steam over the six furlong trip and should go well now dropped back to the minimum. The Easterby pair Durova and Bollin Franny are two others worthy of a mention, but Compton Spirit is a filly in form and should be followed.
