A big field line up for this juvenile maiden where Roehampton, Treason Trial and Percussionist look to be the three to consider, with the former the one chosen to take the prize. Sir Michael Stoute's colt was slowly away on his debut at Newmarket, when finishing a close up tenth behind Lunar Exit. If he doesn't make that same mistake again, and with normal improvement expected, he is sure to go close. Percussionist caught the eye with a very pleasing debut at Sandown behind the highly thought of Duke of Venice. John Gosden's two-year-olds often need their first outing so expect a bold showing from this one. For the main danger though it has to be Treason Trial, who started his career with a gallant fourth behind Tashkil in a hot race at Doncaster. James Fanshawe's colt looks a certainty for a place but for the winner we'll stick with Roehampton.
