Hurricane Coast, Polar Sun and Bridgewater Boys are the three for the shortlist in this wide open affair where a chance can be made for many, but Hurricane Coast gets the nod. Racing Post Trophy winning trainer Kevin Ryan saddles five time winner Bridgewater Boys and he showed his sixth win may not be far away when finishing a good second last time. That run at Nottingham was on an easy surface and he must be respected. James Fanshawe¿s Polar Son is still a maiden after seven attempts, but only weakened in the closing stages at Brighton last time and compared to many of his more exposed rivals he is open to improvement. The selection though is Hurricane Coast. He won at Wolverhampton in April but has been lightly raced since and got within a neck of pulling off a 50-1 shock last time. A reproduction of that effort would be good enough here and Hurricane Coast is the one.
