Bobby Charles, Breathing Fire and Barking Mad are the three against the field in this open handicap, and proven soft ground performer Bobby Charles is the selection. Barking Mad is one of the most experienced performers in the field and seems in good heart. He can handle the ground but may find some of his opponents too quick. Willie Musson¿s breathing Fire lost his maiden tag at Windsor last time and was well backed to do so. He can handle the ground and is sure to be thereabouts.
