Only If I laugh is the pick over Rem Time, Balerno and Panshir is a fairly open handicap. All those mentioned have one thing in common in that they were placed last time out, and indeed Only If I Laugh has been runner-up on quite a few occasions already this term. It can be argued that he is hard to place effectively, and that really he should have won last time out at Lingfield as he was going best of all two out, but idled his way to defeat. He has the ability though, and is given another chance to show his true worth despite carrying his fare share of weight. Rem Time should not be too far behind the selection based on his decent effort at Wolverhampton, and with Jamie Hamblett able to take off 7lb, he has solid place claims at least. Balerno showed signs of a return to form when a close second at Lingfield last time, while Panshir was only beaten in a photo here last week, but that was in selling company. Expected Bonus needs to show the form he displayed at the start of the season to figure, and Perfect Order has it to do against older rivals, so we prefer the claims of Only If I Laugh.
