In the two-miler, Prince Zafonic is selected ahead of High Point and Atlantic Coast. Course and distance winner High Point has to enter calculations if anywhere near his best of the last 12 months and his Newbury run last time suggested that he is in good form. Prince Zafonic is also on a fair mark and in fair form and the step up to two miles could suit so give him plenty of thought. Mabel's 14-furlong run here last time earns her plenty of respect, and do not rule out a good run from Esclarmonde as he steps up in trip. Having won three of his last five races, Atlantic Coast can also go well despite his raised rating, and Rajayoga has also to be considered being just a pound above his winning Chepstow mark. Finally, Sir Duke seemed to improve last time and further improvement cannot be ruled out. Once again, though, the selection is Prince Zafonic.
