    Verdict

    Disappointingly just four runners go to post for this contest with marginal preference for Mama Leo, who gets the vote ahead of Miss Willoughby and Caught In Paradise. The selection has shown improved form since being dropped into plating class in her last two starts, latterly when chasing home Attribution at Bath and a reproduction of that performance may suffice first time in a nursery. Culzean Bay has looked nothing but moderate so far and is hard to recommend so a bigger threat may come from Haydock maiden claiming winner Caught In Paradise, although he failed to run up to that form on his first start since being claimed out of the David Nicholls yard last time. Miss Willoughby is a consistent performer but keeps finding at least one too good and a better bet looks to be Mama Leo, who is taken to gain a deserved first success.
