Verdict

High Skies runs under penalty for beating Three Ships by ten lengths last time out, whilst the latter was two places ahead of Shipboard Romance last month at Uttoxeter but SPACE TELESCOPE is our selection. Plenty of the horses in this field have met each other in competition before and this should be a really interesting affair. Our pick won over two-and-a-half miles here last time and has been improving well so far this year. The drop in trip shouldn't be an issue and the familiar colours of JP McManus may be first past the post again. The booking of Tom Weston equals out the penalty that High Skies faces for winning over course and distance last time out but he is still at a disadvantage with the weight he carries today. Three Ships has a lot to find on that run but may take advantage of the disparity in weights. Woodlark Island should be a contender but in a tricky race to call we side with Space Telescope.
