        Verdict

        And I, Blushing Light and Pronto Vende are three against the field in this poor maiden and the vote is given to And I. The selection was a fair third behind Finsbury last time out. That form looks rock solid in the context of this race and in what looks an easier race from a good draw he will be hard to beat. Blushing Light rates the main danger on his latest fifth behind China Cherub, especially as the drop in trip looks sure to suit and he should be noted in the market. Pronto Vende showed a modicum of ability on his debut and is another that looks sure to improve but his yard has been rather quiet of late so he can not be put forward with any confidence. Silvertown Sky is game and consistent and is sure to run his race but he has had plenty of chances without taking one. Of the remainder, Elegant Times was a fair second last time out but he has already given the impression he would be suited by a longer trip and with this in mind for the winner we return to And I who is given one last chance to get his head in front.
