Mediocre fare on offer and Bond Casino is only a speculative selection to get the better of Giddywell and Geordie's Pool, who head the list of dangers. Geordie's Pool appears to be getting the hang of things since being upped in trip and may still have more to offer. He posted a solid effort last time out and is one to seriously keep tabs on in the betting. Giddywell is also in good heart and should cope with the surface. However, the distance is an unknown factor for this Ishiguru filly and it may be best to gauge the level of market confidence before assuming she will cope with the demands on her stamina. On face value, the selection (Bond Casino), being by Kyllachy, would hardly boast the most outstanding middle distance pedigree on show. However, she stayed the trip well when she finished second here a fortnight ago and, as this looks to be a similar level of competition, it is feasible that Bond Casino can go one better tonight.
