Bahamian Kid and El Fuser are closely matched on their Leicester clash at the beginning of July and although it would be foolish to state the race rests between these two, BAHAMIAN KID is selected to win it. Reg Hollinshead's charge has not been seen since finishing second behind Loveinanelevator when looking far from straight-forward but it could have been that he was left in front too far out as he attempted to come with the renewed challenge as the line approached. El Fuser has failed off a mark of 67 since that Leicester event. Hold-up tactics did not work last time as he appeared one paced when asked to go about his business. If front running tactics are applied to El Fuser it will suit Bahamian Kid's rider as he will have something to aim at. Billy Bowmore hails from a yard who's horses have hit form once again but he put in a dismal effort on his first attempt at seven furlongs last time. Back in maiden company he is an obvious contender for minor honours on the basis of his penultimate start although the form is questionable to say the least, with the beaten odds-on favourite looking far from genuine. Ishiadancer has not shown much in two outings and the Eric Alston yard are under something of a cloud at the moment. Reine De Violette returns from a 151 day absence and her draw makes life difficult for her but if she attracts cash she would be of some interest. Red Tarn was in behind both Bahamian Kid and El Fuser at Leicester and there is no reason to suggest why Bryan Smart's charge, who has the headgear removed and the tongue tie applied should finish in front of those two today. Bahamian Kid is the selection to land it.
