Course specialist BLUE HILLS bids for his seventh course victory this evening and is a speculative selection in what is a competitive handicap. Peter Hiatt has spared his seven year old during the summer months due mainly to the fact he is much more effective on an artificial surface. He has proved in the past that he does go well fresh so a 147 day absence is not a large concern. Bundle Up is 3lb higher for a recent Brighton victory. This is a step up in grade and trip, which should suit her as connections feel she is a hurdler in time. River Kent who dwarfs the majority of his rivals is a relentless galloper who will relish the additional two furlongs. Crispian landed a weak maiden last time out but has more on his plate here. Compton Falcon remains a maiden following twelve starts but there has been indications that he could just be on his mark of late and he could provide some each way value but Blue Hills is taken to make a victorious return to the racecourse and land it.
