Verdict

Ethics Girl had Cosimo de Medici, Camps Bay and Beggar's Opera behind when scoring over 1m6f here last time but is far from guaranteed to confirm the form up 5lbs and down in trip. Indeed, over this distance of a mile and a half Camps Bay should fare better while blinkers are tried on Beggar's Opera, who has ability but is far from straightforward. Cosimo de Medici is probably best watched until asked to defend his unbeaten Fibresand record but we'll take them all on regardless with REALISATION. Mark Johnston's horse was sent off at a ridiculously short price last time on the back of a solid Dundalk success and ran reasonably without threatening to win. From an inside draw we'd expect Greg Fairley to be a good deal more positive this time and make this a proper test which could see the horse back in front. It must be said that will also suit Pelham Crescent, best off a strong pace, and he's another who needs considering in a warm handicap.
