In depth

Verdict

Sutton Veny showed last time that she doesn't need to dominate, which is good seeing as she's drawn out wide in a race where there's plenty of pace courtesy of Pavershooz, Waveband, Cape Vale and Esuvia. However, she's at her best at Kempton and with an end-to-end gallop virtually assured it may pay to give PISCEAN another chance. Tom Keddy's horse had been on a roll prior to coming unstuck over five furlongs here but he was outpaced early and found plenty of trouble, in the process shaping as though worth another try at six. Off the same mark and with plenty in his favour we'll row in once more, although Edinburgh Knight is feared. He's well handicapped on his best and while both wins have come at seven furlongs our feeling is, like Piscean, the cards should drop right here and he'll be flying late on.
