After two promising efforts Tiddliwinks enters our calculations for this maiden but we prefer the profile of GLOBAL CONQUEST, who should finally repay punters after a run of defeats as favourite, with Dark Camellia looking the only other one with semi-serious claims. Of those that have ratings the selection holds the highest mark and he looks to deserve his status despite not yet getting in front. His sire, Captain Rio, has produced winners at this track so the switch is another plus in this his easiest assignment to date. Tiddliwinks has had two promising starts so far but has ultimately been well held in both. He may yet improve and he'll need to find that to beat the selection. Dark Camellia is looking exposed in this company now but is at least best on this surface and Cheers Big Ears looks the best of the newcomers but will need a bigger stamina test to be seen at his best. It's not the best maiden we'll see but it should land in the saddle of Global Conquest.
