Dropped back to this more suitable trip, GASSAL is taken to land this seller, with Meydan Groove and Glan Lady short list material. Gassal is an inconsistent filly who has managed to run one decent race in a maiden together with a useful effort to be second over Kempton's polytrack in handicap company in July. After not staying over 10f at Great Leighs last time he reverts to seven furlongs here and is clearly the best in at the weights, so we'll take him to score. Glan Lady encounters the polytrack for the first time here, having run well last time in a Thirsk seller on soft, and if handling this there are again place possibilities. Meydan Grove won a 6f seller on fast ground in July and has gone with credit in handicaps since. She hasn't yet proved she relishes an artificial surface but if she goes on it here then she can give the selection most to do. Little else makes appeal as a winning proposition and we'll take Gassal to emerge victorious.
