Verdict
SILLS VINCERO is aiming for back to back wins here inside five days, and is taken to land the spoils, with the main dangers expected to be Itshim and Weet In Nerja. Monday's win for Derek Shaw's filly was her first at the 11th time of asking, and she did it racing wide, and she's drawn out there again tonight. She was racing out of the handicap then, but carries a six pounds penalty now, giving her joint top weight status. Itshim is chasing a quick double too, having won at Kempton last week on his all-weather debut. Lightly raced so far, connections may now have found a standard and surface that's suitable, after previously showing little to get excited about. Fashion Icon has got plenty of early speed, and ther best of her limited form to date has come here, and this is the sort of race that won't take a great deal of winning. Alan Berry's putting first time blinkers on Wee Bizzom to try and bring some improvement to see if she can lose her maiden tag at the 14th time of asking; likewise Peter Grayson with Badtanman who's shown nothing in three starts to date. It's a trappy little opener in which we'll side with the only course and distance winner, and that's Sills Vincero.
