Dark Parade has leading claims and is taken to complete a hat-trick at the expense of quite a few further up the weights including Simon's Seat, Reflex Blue, Indalo Grey and Saintly Thoughts. Garry Moore's four-year-old has been well placed to land his last three starts, having won at each of the three all-weather tracks in succession. He obviously gets on well with James Jones who is the only jockey to have partnered him so far in nine career outings, and despite the fact that he is a few pounds worse off with the topweight Simon's Seat today, Dark Parade is in such fine fettle that he must be followed. Reflex Blue has it to do to reverse recent form here with Saintly Thoughts as she is only slightly better off after finishing third, but neither win too often and are worth taking on in any case. Indalo Grey shaped well in a claimer last time but this is harder, and we have no hesitation in nominating the in-form Dark Parade as the answer.
