In the maiden, Aaim To Prosper gets the vote ahead of Into Action and Tension Point. A repeat of the bare of Aaim To Prosper's second to Hearthstead Maison at Chepstow last time should make him a key player here on his all-weather debut. Into Action improved sufficiently from run one to two last time to be afforded respect tonight, while Tension Point showed enough on his first run on the all-weather, at Lingfield, to suggest that his chance is not a forlorn one either. Aussie Cricket is another from among the field to have shown promise in a Chepstow maiden and he too has to be given some thought. Finally, Didactic was sent off as favourite for his debut, which came at Southwell, so he is clearly better than his performance there might suggest; and. much as Sir Mark Prescott's Sangfroid will appreciate tonight's trip more so than on his debut, he is still going to have to step up on a modest effort there if he is to play a leading part in proceedings. All of which returns us to the selection, which is Aaim To Prosper.
