From a short-list containing Only Hope, Right Option and Ten Black, we will side with Only Hope. Only Hope, who cost 23,000 guineas drops to this grade for the first time after having shown promise in better events on Turf. He ought to be able to go well. The best of Dansilver's form, all of which has come on Turf, has come at this level, and he has to be respected. Others to consider are Kaladar, who has run here and who put in a fair effort at Leicester last time in first-time cheekpieces, and Right Option, a 10,000 guineas son of Daylami who has shown enough on Turf to be considered on his first run in this company. Ten Black cost 30,000 guineas but made some show here in a claimer last time over a shorter trip, while Bridget's Dream disappointed in a seller last time having shown promise on her debut, although she was backed last time and could have better to come. Finally, Peppin's Gold is another to have shown enough to warrant some thought and any money for Karl Burke's Prima Luna could be interesting. That said, we are happy enough to side with Only Hope.
