        Verdict

        Sahara Silk, Ashes and Piccostar have been knocking on the door recently and can be expected to go close again, however we will side with recent winner True Magic. The selection returned from a long break to beat Alpaga La Jomage over six furlongs here last month. There should be plenty of improvement to come and she can make it back to back victories. Ashes deserves to win a race of this nature having finished in the frame on her last four outings. Piccostar was third to Stoneacres Boy at Lingfield at fortnight ago and has to be a threat under his capable three pound claimer. However a bigger threat to our choice may come from Sahara Silk who was just pipped by Desert Opal in a fast run race over course and distance. Hello Roberta is a consistent sort and may do best of the others, but True Magic is open to plenty of progression and gets our vote.
