Arthurs Dream, Ponte Vecchio and Imperial Amber are three against the field in this trappy classified stakes race and the tentative nomination is given to Arthurs Dream. The selection was a fair third behind Bahhmirage last time out, that form sets the standard in the context of this race and he need only reproduce that effort to win this. Ponte Vecchio rates the main danger as he was a fair third behind Itsawindup but that was a poor maiden and at likely odds he looks worth taking on. Imperial Amber is another that could go well on his latest fourth behind Without Excuse but he has been done no favours by the draw. Ektishaaf has the highest rating of these and could go well at a price if fit after a 254 day break so he is worth a cautionary look in the market. Of the remainder Franky'n'jonny has had plenty of chances and again looks vulnerable and for the winner we return to Arthurs Dream to small stakes
